Ministry Description

Norman & Johanna are based in Shrewsbury Shropshire UK. They have been ministering Restoring the Foundations since 2006 within Springfield Christian Fellowship church Telford. They are qualified Healing House Network ministers and are passionate about seeing Father God bring healing and freedom to the Body of Christ - by ‘setting captives free’.

Norman is a chartered engineer with 29 years experience of UK corporate life, including senior management, within BT plc. He now runs a successful training and consultancy business (Redbeech Limited) with clients across Europe. Johanna has a degree in social anthropology and masters in social research methods. Together, with their business backgrounds, they minister RTF for organizations’ known as ‘Transforming Your Business’ TYB, to UK companies. Through TYB they’re seeing awesome results as the Lord heals and inspires businesses and their leaders.

Norman & Johanna have served the body of Christ over many years through membership or leadership of prayer, healing, prophetic, worship and small groups. Originally from Northern Ireland, where they learned to walk out their Christian faith across the sectarian divide, they provide a welcoming, down to earth and friendly environment where people can be secure and receive what Father and the Holy Spirit intends through Restoring The Foundations.

They have been married for 32 years and have 3 adult children. They live in Shropshire, a beautiful part of undiscovered England where those coming for ministry enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area.

They are happy to minister to people from all walks of life, all ages, singles, and married couples. They are also keen to work with businesses to see them transformed by the Holy Spirit through TYB. Having ministered to pastors and church leaders they know that church members are impacted when their leaders find freedom through Thorough RTF Ministry.
