IFM Seminar Pastor's Recommendation/Approval Letter

The Pastor's Recommendation/Approval letter is needed when attendees are invited from outside the host church to attend the IFM Activation Seminar. This letter should be completed and received from the attendee's Pastor before the Seminar begins.
